| hahaha.. maybe it's time for an update. I'm not good at writing long ones of these anymore, I just find it kinda pointless. It's summer, I'm ecstatic I have no more stupid classes, stupid teachers, and stupid homework to deal with. I have a great internship for the summer in the Music Department at THQ, it's great experience. I am a really busy person, anddd yeah I'm a senior in high school now, verrrry exciting. I have a great boyfriend, so it's cool in that department too.. we have issues, but we deal with them and overall we are happy and love each other. yes.. that is all. AIM me/myspace/whatevuh if you want to know more. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- edit: I think I'm going to write in this more. I promise.. though no one reads this, that's okay. | | |
| TYB is amazinggg gahh I wish we were all together every second!
God blessed me through all of my wonderful friends, Neil, and the music of course.
I'm getting to know two people from the corps a lot better than I ever thought I would, which is pretty cool.

| I keep wishing that I could've never left San Diego.. I miss
having real people who care about me around all of the time. The people
in this community are so driven by materialism and so cold,
I just don't know what to do. I have friends and everything at school,
but none of them can ever amount to what I HAVE in San Diego. The only
thing I really miss from San Diego is my school friends and Rachel
Bailey.
I keep thinking of the verse Joy Lee told me earlier this year, James
1:2.. and I've actually found the opportunity to minister to a person
at my school through it, when he learned his mother is dying. I cling
on to God's Word with everything I have, I feel something miraculous is
in store for me, and I can only hope it involves being in the ministry
via music.. God, I know there's a reason for me to live here, please
keep reminding me that there is a reason; and maybe even reveal this to
me sometime soon!
I have to admit, Caleb Danielson keeps me going as far as a friends perspective.
Oh yeah, the Office too :)
On a bright note, I love going to Pasadena Tab!

| Well, I'm officially done with parading around all over the place for
the summer! Star Lake was a BLAST, it was amazing to see my good and
old friends; particularly Louise Evans, Stephen Ditmer, Sarah Evans and
Monique. It was.. A LOT different than WMI, that's all I will say. I
was sick for 7/8 of the days, sick as in barfing/coughing/insane 103
degree fevers.. I was miserable physically all the time, but I didn't
let it get in the way of having the best time I could. I played
Nocturne in C# Minor by Chopin for their soloist night, which only had
10 spaces, which was nice. Norman Bearcroft knows me by name, I
discovered when his wife told me he wanted to talk to me! That made me
feel happy, since he is one of my favorite composers. I did win the
Brigadier Dorothy C. Waiksnoris award though, which is a scholarship
for the top piano player to come back to Star Lake next year, which is
nice. Their big awards there are scholarships, so yeah.
Now I'm just adjusting to CFOT living, the new cadets come today, and I
already know two couples from this summer, which is nice . I
really did have an amazing summer, I'm having a hard time processing
exactly how amazing it was!
Tonight I may be hanging out with Jeff Wood, depending if I still am
super sick or not. Sarah, Ian and Coco come to visit on
Thursday-Sunday, and we are going to Magic Mountain or Disneyland and
places like those, hurrah!
I start bandcamp next week, but we have a band practice on Thursday
afternoon.. so I am excited for the start of MARCHING
SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
